The woods stretched on and on. A light blue pegasus was wandering through them, occasionally her rainbow hair getting caught in stray branches and pulling her back. It would take a few moments for the peg to undo it and be again on her wandering way.
Sky's eyes, startling deep blue in colour, were drawn to the sky as she watched the clouds fly past. She dropped her gaze once more to the ground, and continued picking her way through the woods. Her rainbow hair once again got caught on a few branches. Sighing, Sky reached back and first unhooked her tail, and then her mane. She decided to prevent that happening again, she'd put her hair up. She reached again for her tail, and tied a band around that, in the style of a messy bun. Then she did her mane, also in the style of a messy bun but with a few strands loose.
The peg continued on through the woods, looking at the sky every now and again, and then at the ground.
