Whispering Wind
between 16-19
Unicorn
Silvery swirls and dots
Deep purple coat, matte mane with a neon green stripe, emerald eyes
Powers: Whispering Wind is not entirely sure that she's gifted with powers. When she was 14, she declared to her parents that she had heard the winds whisper. Silly, they thought, and Whisp did not mention it again. Today she's grown in both confidence and mind, and believes herself to be telepathic. She just hasn't mastered the art yet.
Description/temperament: The young unicorn truly is a confused teen, but say what you want - she's sensible. In uncomfortable situations she tends to be quiet, and when comfortable she's the opposite. Whisper tends to be a cheerful blabbermouth and often talk before she thinks.
She never do anything rash or dangerous.
History:
Whispering Wind was born in Xanadia, a magical land far away from Ponyville. At an early age, her parents divorced. Her father, who originally was a citizen of Dream Valley moved back there and eventually got a new family. Whisp stayed with her mother. (How Lily and Rain found each other to start with is an entirely different story.)
The filly grew up in Xanadia, and learned that the outside world was hostile. But as she grew older, she got curious about the world - she had had a lot of contact with her father, but no more than that.
One day, Whisper "heard the winds call her", and she was sure that it meant that she had to leave her home in Xanadia. The elders disliked the idea, so did her mother at the beginning, but she eventually let her go.
Whisp visited Ponyville, met new friends, discovered Butterfly Island and when the gods attacked the town, she had already celebrated her fifteenth birthday. She was on her way back home.
Now that she's grown older, she's decided to move to Ponyville. She is still a little worried about Xanadia and the life she leaves behind, but she can't wait to be back in the cozy Ponyville.
Whisp is still doubting her powers. The winds could not have called her. Was someone trying to contact her - or did she simply pick up murmuring fragments of another?
